Conference fees
The conference registration fee includes: attendance to all sessions and keynote/invited talks, one copy of conference proceedings, lunches and refreshments daily, the gala dinner and social event.

At least one author per accepted paper should complete the registration before June 1, 2009 to allow inclusion of the paper in conference proceedings.
Additional costs
- Oversize papers - 100 Euro per each page exceeding 12-page limit
- Extra copy of conference proceedings - 90 Euro
- Extra ticket to gala dinner - 60 Euro
In case of credit card payment, you will be charged in PLN (Polish zloty). The exchange rate is indicated on the registration form and is based on the average values published by National Bank of Poland (http://www.nbp.pl/).

To register for the 2nd Joint IFIP Wireless and Mobile Networking Conference please:
- Download the following form (WMNC 2009 Registration Form) and open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7 or above (avaliable here).
- Complete the required fields and register by clicking "Register Online" button on the form. If asked to do so, please allow the form to access our registration server on the Internet.
If your registration is successfull, a web page should open confirming your registration. Please note your registration number for future reference. - Print the completed form, sign it in places indicated and send to us by:

Conference cancellation policy
All requests for refunds must be in writing and received prior to 31 May 2009. No refunds will be possible after this date. There will be a 50 euro service charge for all refunds.
